Representative Therriault moved and asked unanimous consent that the           
reconsideration of HB 466 am be taken up on the same day.  There               
being no objection, it was so ordered.                                         
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 466 am                                                         
"An Act authorizing the issuance of bonds by the Alaska Housing               
Finance Corporation to pay for the costs of repair and                         
rehabilitation of student housing facilities of the University of              
Alaska; authorizing the issuance of bonds by the University of                 
Alaska to pay for the costs of repair and rehabilitation of facilities         
of the University of Alaska; amending powers of the Alaska                     
Housing Finance Corporation; amending the definition of "public                
2building"; relating to the Alaska debt retirement fund; and                   
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HB 466 am pass the House?"
